Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill is a renowned Southern California-based restaurant chain specializing in wood-fired barbecue and American cuisine. Established in 1992 by friends Ofer Shemtov and Eric Anders, the first location opened in Moorpark, California. It transformed a previously unsuccessful barbecue restaurant into a thriving establishment.

WR Kitchen & Bar Concept
Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill introduced the innovative WR Kitchen & Bar concept. It features a bar that stretches the length of the restaurant, allowing diners to order meals and drinks directly from the bartender.
Guests can then sit anywhere in the 140-seat restaurant. Servers circulate to take additional orders. This setup enhances efficiency while maintaining a high level of hospitality.
