In January 2025, UOVO Wine expanded its nationwide footprint with the acquisition of Vino Vault. This move significantly enhanced its presence across the United States. Facilities originally in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Houston, and Denver were rebranded under the UOVO Wine name.
