As of January 1, 2023, Terrible's operates 174 convenience stores and 80 car washes across Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah. Approximately 80% of these locations are situated in southern Nevada.
The company offers a range of services including fuel stations, convenience stores, car washes, and gaming lounges. Many stores feature Mrs. Terrible's Gaming Lounge, which includes slot machines operated by their sister company, JETT Gaming.
