Interior Design

The interior design of Tavola is a collaboration between Berg Hospitality Group, The Bastion Collection, and designer Gail McCleese of Sensitori.

The dining room features a blend of apricot, mauve, and rose gold tones, complemented by warm blonde wood accents and rippled marble wall paneling.

Notable design elements include Armani wall coverings, a burl wood Michelangelo mosaic, and a curtain crafted by the renowned handbag house Whiting & Davis.

Executive Chef

At the helm of Tavola's kitchen is Executive Chef Luca Di Benedetto, a Milan-born chef with a rich culinary background.

Mentored by Gualtiero Marchesi, widely regarded as the father of modern Italian cuisine, Chef Di Benedetto has honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels.

His experience includes roles as head chef for the Giorgio Armani Group and Nobu Milano.
