Sunrise Community Health is a non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality healthcare services to the residents of northern Colorado. Established in 1973, Sunrise operates 12 clinic sites across Greeley, Evans, and Loveland, Colorado, serving approximately 42,000 patients annually.

As an FQHC, Sunrise is committed to delivering comprehensive, culturally competent care regardless of a patient's ability to pay.

The organization offers a sliding fee scale and assists patients in enrolling in Health First Colorado (Medicaid), ensuring that financial constraints do not impede access to essential healthcare services.
