In early December 2024, the club began a comprehensive renovation project led by golf course architect Bill Bergin, aiming to enhance the design and playability.

The renovation is expected to be completed in Fall 2025, positioning Stones River Country Club among Tennessee's top five courses and within the top ten in the Southeast.

Tennis and Pickleball

For racquet sports enthusiasts, the club offers six hard-court tennis and pickleball courts, recognized as having the best playing surface in Murfreesboro.

Members can schedule lessons with Head Tennis Professional Lorinda Weiss, who has been with the club since 1993 and played tennis at Middle Tennessee State University on a full scholarship.

The club's recently renovated 24-hour Fitness Center provides electronic access to a variety of equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, and strength training machines.

The facility also features modern men's and women's locker rooms, ensuring a convenient and comfortable environment for fitness routines.
