St. Camillus A Life Plan Community

St. Camillus Life Plan Community, located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors through a comprehensive continuum of care and services. St. Camillus provides two residences for Independent Living: the East Residence and the West Residence. The East Residence, a 15-story tower opened in 2022, features 168 customized apartments, while the West Residence comprises 276 apartment homes. Residents have access to a variety of amenities, including multiple dining venues, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a theater, and a chapel.

The Revitalize Wellness Center offers a pool, whirlpool, golf simulator, therapy center, and health education classroom.

Assisted Living

The Assisted Living Residence at St. Camillus consists of 76 apartments designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents. A multidisciplinary team collaborates with residents and their families to create personalized service plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.

Amenities include two dining rooms, outdoor courtyards, common areas for socialization, a beauty salon, and chapels offering both Catholic and non-denominational services.

Memory Care

St. Camillus offers specialized Memory Care services in the North Residence, focusing on providing a secure and supportive environment for individuals with memory impairments. The program emphasizes personalized care plans, engaging activities, and a compassionate staff trained to meet the unique needs of residents with memory challenges.

Skilled Nursing and Short-Term Rehabilitation

The South Residence at St. Camillus provides Skilled Nursing and Short-Term Rehabilitation services. These services are designed to support individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, offering a range of therapies and medical care to promote recovery and well-being.

Home & Community-Based Services

St. Camillus extends its care beyond its campus through Home & Community-Based Services, offering a variety of programs to support seniors in their own homes. These services include:
