• STIR: Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, STIR is renowned for its craft cocktails, artisanal ice program, and made-from-scratch dishes. The restaurant features a comprehensive oyster program, offering a variety of fresh oysters and a cold bar sourced from around the world.
• State of Confusion: With locations in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Charlotte, North Carolina, State of Confusion offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience with open layouts, including open-air patios, multiple bars, and dining spaces.
• The menu blends influences from Peruvian ceviche, Argentinian wood-fire parilla grills, and low-country fare, complemented by cocktails like draft margaritas and house-expelled sugarcane mojitos.
• Massey's Kitchen: Situated on Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Massey's Kitchen is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Community Engagement

Beyond its culinary ventures, SquareOne operates the SquareUp Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to aiding the hungry, homeless, and disenfranchised.
