The name "Schussboom" is inspired by the founders' love for alpine sports and the outdoors, reflecting their adventurous spirit and passion for quality.

The brewery operates a custom-built 10-barrel brewhouse, producing a diverse range of small-batch craft beers. Their menu features a rotating selection of German-style lagers, malty bocks, and traditional brews, showcasing commitment to innovation.
