Sartiano's is a modern Italian restaurant located within The Mercer Hotel in SoHo, New York City. Established in June 2023, the restaurant is the brainchild of hospitality entrepreneur Scott Sartiano, known for founding the private social club Zero Bond. It pays homage to his family's roots in Naples, Italy, by blending traditional Italian cuisine with contemporary flair.

The restaurant's culinary direction is led by three-time James Beard Award-winning Chef Alfred Portale, who collaborates with Executive Chef Chris Lewnes. The menu features Italian-American classics such as house-made focaccia, lobster bucatini, and Dover sole piccata.

A standout offering is the exclusive 36 oz. Olive-Fed Wagyu Porterhouse, priced at $425, designed for sharing.

Designed by Studio Sofield, the interiors evoke a moody Tuscan wine cellar, featuring exposed brick walls, Carrara marble counters, and luxurious leather seating. The main dining room centers around a 20-foot bar adorned with Italian Carrara marble, creating a sophisticated and inviting ambiance.
