Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics is a not-for-profit health system dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of communities in Oregon's mid-Willamette Valley. Established in 1896, it has grown to become the region's largest private employer, with over 5,000 full- and part-time employees.

The health system operates several facilities including Salem Hospital, West Valley Hospital in Dallas, and numerous Salem Health clinics throughout the mid-Willamette Valley. Salem Hospital is one of Oregon's largest acute care hospitals, licensed for 644 beds, and operates the busiest emergency department on the West Coast.

West Valley Hospital, located in Dallas, Oregon, is a Level IV trauma center providing 24/7 care for the region's most seriously injured patients.
