Redeemer Health is a comprehensive Catholic health system rooted in the tradition of the Sisters of the Redeemer. It is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that goes beyond medical treatment.

Established in 1924, Redeemer Health has grown to offer a wide range of health care and related services across southeastern Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey.

Health Care Services

Redeemer Health provides a continuum of care, including:

• Cancer Care: Comprehensive services encompassing breast, lung, gynecological, gastrointestinal, and other cancers. Supported by oncology nurse navigators, genetic counseling, and access to clinical trials.
• Heart Care: Cardiovascular treatments and preventive measures for heart and vascular conditions. Delivered by cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and vascular surgeons.
• Maternity Care: Services from pregnancy planning through post-delivery, including labor and delivery in private suites.
• Pediatric Urgent Care: After-hours clinics offering treatment for non-life-threatening pediatric conditions, including minor procedures, prescriptions, and diagnostic tests.
• Hospital at Home: A program allowing qualifying patients to receive acute, hospital-level care at home for conditions such as COPD, heart failure, and pneumonia.

Home Care Services

Redeemer Health offers home health services for recovery, chronic condition management, and end-of-life care:

• Support at Home: Assistance with daily living activities.
• Special Recovery at Home: Post-surgical and rehabilitation support.
• Chronic & Complex Conditions: Management of long-term health issues.
• Advanced Care at Home: Hospital-level care provided in the home setting.

Senior Living Communities

Redeemer Health operates several senior living communities, including:

• St. Joseph Manor: Established in 1934, offering long-term care and rehabilitation services.
• Little Flower Manor: Provides personal care and memory care services.
• Lafayette Redeemer: Offers independent living and personal care.

• Egg Harbor Township and Elizabeth, NJ, USA: Home health and hospice services were previously operated here until October 30, 2024, when they were transferred to another provider.
