• Roasted Vegetable: A flavorful vegetarian broth infused with roasted vegetables.

These broths are complemented by Tokyo wavy noodles from Sun Noodle, ensuring an authentic and satisfying texture. Patrons can further customize their ramen with toppings including kimchi, chashu pork, smoked brisket, fried chicken, molten egg, and buttered corn.

Besides ramen, Ramen-san offers Asian-inspired appetizers such as Smoked Salmon Nigiri, Pork Belly Mantou Buns, and Spicy Szechuan Chicken Wings. The beverage program features Japanese whiskey, Asian-inspired cocktails, and a curated selection of local and Japanese craft beers. Notably, Asahi is available on draft through a special draft tower imported from Japan.
