About PokeDoke

PokeDoke is a vibrant and innovative restaurant that has brought the flavors of Hawaiian cuisine to St. Louis, Missouri. Established in 2017, it was the city's first poke-focused eatery, introducing a fresh and customizable dining experience to the local community.

At the heart of PokeDoke's menu is the poke bowl, a traditional Hawaiian dish featuring raw fish marinated in flavorful sauces and served over a base of rice or noodles.

Guests have the option to build their own bowls by selecting from a variety of fresh ingredients, including proteins like salmon, ahi tuna, spicy tuna, octopus, shrimp, tofu, and even deep-fried soft-shell crab.

Accompaniments such as mango, pineapple, edamame, seaweed salad, and avocado add depth and texture to each creation.

To enhance the flavor profile, a selection of sauces and drizzles, including spicy mayo, eel sauce, and sweet Thai chili, are available.

Menu Offerings

In addition to poke bowls, PokeDoke offers a range of Hawaiian BBQ dishes:

  • Kalbi short ribs
  • Halal chicken
  • Garlic butter shrimp
  • The new loco moco

Appetizers like crab rangoons, gyoza, and wings complement the main offerings, providing a well-rounded dining experience.

Beverages

For those seeking a refreshing beverage, PokeDoke serves bubble tea in flavors like black tea, green tea, taro, and watermelon, catering to a variety of tastes.
