About Pinstripes
Pinstripes is a distinctive dining and entertainment venue that seamlessly blends Italian-American cuisine with engaging activities such as bowling and bocce. Established in 2007 by founder and CEO Dale Schwartz, the company has grown to operate 18 locations across nine states. It also has plans for further expansion.
Each Pinstripes location offers a from-scratch Italian-American menu featuring freshly prepared items and a full-service bar. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, including bowling lanes and bocce courts, providing a modern twist on classic games.
The venues feature private and semi-private event spaces suitable for gatherings ranging from 20 to 1,000 people, making them ideal for celebrations and corporate events.
In June 2025, Pinstripes announced plans to go public by merging with Banyan Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company. This move was approved by Banyan’s shareholders on December 27, 2024, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth trajectory.
The merger raised over $70 million in gross proceeds, including a $50 million senior secured loan from Oaktree Capital Management, which has the option to loan an additional $40 million.
