Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is a nonprofit public health institute dedicated to creating and sustaining healthier communities. Established in 1972, PHMC has grown to become one of the largest and most comprehensive public health organizations in the United States. It serves approximately 350,000 clients annually across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.

• Primary Health Services: PHMC operates five nurse-led Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) that provide comprehensive, accessible, and patient-centered care to adults, children, and families. These centers serve over 18,000 individuals annually, including residents of public housing, people experiencing homelessness, LGBTQ+ individuals, and adults with specialized health needs.
• Behavioral Health Services: The organization offers a full continuum of behavioral health treatment and outreach programs addressing addiction, mental illness, and trauma. Programs like CHANCES provide intensive outpatient and outpatient substance use treatment for chemically dependent women and their children. Interim House West offers residential treatment for women facing substance abuse and mental health disorders.

• Housing and Justice-Related Services: Assistance is provided to individuals in securing stable housing and support for those involved in the justice system, promoting rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
