Recent Expansion

In January 2025, OEG expanded its reach by acquiring a majority interest in Southern Entertainment, a live events, hospitality, and production company based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Southern Entertainment's portfolio includes festivals such as the Carolina Country Music Fest in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and the Barefoot Country Music Fest in Wildwood, New Jersey.
