Hospice and Palliative Care

The At Home division of Notre Dame Health Care offers community-based services, including adult and pediatric hospice and palliative care, throughout central and north-central Massachusetts.

Notre Dame Hospice is one of only two hospices in Massachusetts participating in the CMS/Medicare innovation center palliative care pilot, which seeks to provide beneficiaries and their families with greater flexibility in deciding their loved one's care and treatment path.

Educational Programs
