MSCCN

The Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free employment readiness training, job placement solutions, and career development services to military-affiliated individuals. This includes spouses, caregivers, and dependents.

Established in 2004, MSCCN operates nationwide, offering tailored support to help military families achieve positive career outcomes.

MSCCN's comprehensive services include career exploration, resume training and review, interview preparation, employment website training, skill gap assistance, and resources and referrals.

In 2023, the organization assisted 4,788 individuals with career readiness and job placement, connected 1,604 individuals to meaningful careers, and helped over 800 individuals receive upskilling and career development training and credentialing.

The organization collaborates with various partners, including the U.S. Armed Forces, to enhance its offerings.

For example, in 2018, MSCCN expanded its online career training program with support from USAA and Ed4Online, providing military-affiliated job seekers with industry training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and potential placement.

MSCCN's impact is significant, having placed over 50,000 military veterans, their spouses, and family members into jobs with a median income exceeding the national average.

This achievement underscores the organization's commitment to supporting the military community in achieving career success.
