Montclair Hospitality Group (MHG) is a dynamic, chef-driven global hospitality company founded in 2014 by Luck Sarabhayavanija. The mission is to curate unique dining experiences. MHG has rapidly expanded its portfolio to include several acclaimed restaurant brands.

These include Ani Ramen House, known for its authentic Japanese ramen; PastaRamen, a fusion of Italian and Japanese culinary traditions; Fatto Con Amore, offering Italian cuisine; Nung Sow Thai, serving traditional Thai dishes; and Kai Yang, specializing in Thai-style grilled meats.

Leadership

In 2023, MHG appointed industry veteran Joey Simons as its Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its expansion and strategic initiatives. Under Simons' leadership, the company has embarked on ambitious growth plans, including collaborations with renowned chefs like Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto.

This partnership led to the creation of MM by Morimoto, a new global dining concept that debuted in Montclair, New Jersey, in late 2024.
