McEntyre's Bakery, a fourth-generation family-owned establishment, has been a cherished part of the Smyrna, Georgia community since its founding in 1947. Originally known as "Smyrna Bakery," it was established by Howard McEntyre Sr. and his son, Howard Jr., upon Howard Sr.'s return from World War II.

The bakery quickly became a local favorite, offering freshly baked cakes, pies, and breads to the residents of Smyrna and Marietta.

History and Location

Over the decades, McEntyre's Bakery has undergone several relocations to accommodate its growth. In 1961, the bakery moved to Jonquil Plaza, where it remained for 46 years.

In 2007, with the redevelopment of Jonquil Plaza, it relocated to its current address at 1184 Concord Road in Smyrna.

This new location provided more space and allowed for the addition of seating and a full line of deli products, enhancing the bakery's offerings.
