Mayroad is a dynamic asset management company specializing in providing high-quality housing solutions for military families across the United States. Established in 2021, Mayroad became the owner and operator of the Air Force Continental Group as part of the U.S. Department of Defense's Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI).

This strategic move expanded their portfolio to over 4,000 homes across six Air Force installations, including Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska, Edwards Air Force Base in California, Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field in Florida, McConnell Air Force Base in Kansas, and Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in North Carolina.

Major Projects

In September 2024, Mayroad broke ground on the Air Force's first commercial apartment complex at Edwards Air Force Base. This project aims to alleviate housing shortages for unaccompanied service members.

The complex will feature 142 apartments with a total of 246 beds. It is expected to be completed by summer 2026 and will serve as a model for housing solutions at similar installations nationwide.
