Lupi & Iris

Lupi & Iris is a distinguished dining establishment located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, renowned for its sophisticated ambiance and exceptional culinary offerings.

Established in May 2022 by James Beard Award-winning Chef Adam Siegel and his wife, Daria Aitken-Siegel, the restaurant is situated at 777 N. Van Buren St., within the 7Seventy7 luxury apartment building.

The restaurant's name pays homage to Adam's father-in-law, Ron Lupi, and Daria's Italian grandmother, Iris, reflecting a deep respect for family and the joy of gathering over great meals.

This familial inspiration is evident in the restaurant's mission to craft memorable dining experiences that celebrate the love of food, wine, and good company.

Menu and Cuisine

Lupi & Iris offers a menu inspired by the French and Italian Rivieras, focusing on refined simplicity with fresh ingredients sourced from carefully selected purveyors and food artisans.

Signature dishes include the Tarte au Chèvre goat cheese tart with smoked trout, handmade Corzetti pasta with creamy walnut sauce, and the unique olive oil cake.

The restaurant also features an extensive wine list, complementing its Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

The dining experience is enhanced by exquisite design and five-star service. The spacious 10,500-square-foot interior includes:

Future Plans

Looking ahead, Chef Adam Siegel and Daria Aitken-Siegel have announced plans to open a second restaurant in the East Town neighborhood of Milwaukee.

This new venture will focus on New York-style Italian cuisine in a relaxed yet refined environment, with an anticipated opening in late 2026.
