In 2020, iServ expanded its portfolio by founding TechServ, a specialized technology solutions provider catering to the unique needs of the hospitality industry.

The following year, the company ventured into the craft coffee sector by acquiring Symmetry Coffee Co., which now includes onsite roasting at multiple locations of their specialty coffee shop.
