Integrated Community Services, Texas HCS, and South Texas Community Living are all part of a "family" of programs serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (and related conditions). Our teams have been together for nearly three decades serving people throughout the state of Texas. We are truly proud of the many accomplishments of the people we serve, and of the many staff who support that progress.
