Independence Physician Management (IPM) is a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS), established in 2012 to provide comprehensive physician services.

IPM specializes in developing and managing multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics that align with UHS's acute care and behavioral health facilities.

Operating across 13 markets in seven states and the District of Columbia, IPM is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of the communities it serves.
