Hudson & Co. is a modern American restaurant located in Jersey City's Harborside district, offering a sophisticated yet approachable dining experience. Situated within the Plaza 10 office tower, the 12,000-square-foot establishment features multiple indoor and outdoor dining options. All provide unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline across the Hudson River.

The restaurant's menu is diverse, featuring dishes such as Crunchy Tuna Tartare Rice Cakes, Sashimi, Specialty Rolls, Artisanal Wood-Fired Pizzas, Seafood Chitarra Pasta, 32oz Bone-in Prime Tomahawk, Seared Scottish Salmon, Pan-Seared Branzino, and Pressed Young Chicken with Pomegranate Jus.

For dessert, options include Warm Cookie Skillet, Caramel Apple Walnut Cake, Fruit Cobbler, and Nutella Cheesecake. The extensive beverage selection includes 120 different beers, four of which are small-batch drafts on constant rotation, as well as an extensive list of wines and cocktails.

• Lounge: Accommodates up to 55 guests with elevated platform dining and views of 13 HD TVs.
• Main Dining Room: Hosts up to 60 guests in a steampunk atmosphere, featuring a wood-fired pizza bar and views of four HD TVs.
• Stage: An intimate space for up to 25 guests, offering seclusion and views of three HD TVs.
• Henry Room: A semi-private room for up to 35 guests standing or 30 seated, with panoramic views and an oversized HD TV.
• Terrace: An outdoor space accommodating 120 guests seated and 150 standing, featuring chic cabanas, communal tables, and an outdoor sound system.

For patrons' convenience, Hudson & Co. offers three hours of free parking within the outdoor lot across from the Mandalay Building.

Hours of Operation

The kitchen operates Sunday through Thursday from noon until 9:45 PM, and Friday and Saturday from noon until 10:45 PM.

The bar is open Monday through Wednesday from noon until 11:00 PM, Thursday from noon until midnight, Friday and Saturday from noon until 2:00 AM, and Sunday from noon until 11:00 PM.
