The hotel spans 2.2 acres and comprises 71 guest rooms and suites distributed across five two-story buildings. The architecture, crafted by Texas firm Lake|Flato, seamlessly integrates with the neighborhood's residential character, featuring open-air bridges and porches that connect the buildings.

Lush courtyards and winding outdoor pathways, designed by landscape architects Ten Eyck, surround the property, creating a serene environment for guests.

Interiors, designed in collaboration with Post Company, draw inspiration from the spirit of the Menil Collection and Houston's rich cultural heritage.
