HOPES Community Action Partnership, Incorporated (HOPES CAP, Inc.) is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals and families across Hudson, Union, and Somerset Counties in New Jersey.

Established in 1964, HOPES has a rich history of providing comprehensive services aimed at overcoming barriers and addressing the root causes of poverty.

Core Programs and Services

HOPES offers a diverse range of programs tailored to meet the needs of various community members, including:

• Early Childhood Programs: Focused on the development of children from birth to five years old, preparing them for school readiness. Services include infant and toddler care, preschool education, and before and after-school programs.
• Community Programs: These support youth, adults, and seniors through youth development initiatives, adult education, financial literacy, and senior services, including Assisted Transportation for seniors to medical appointments, errands, and social engagements.
