Expansion in Texas

In Texas, HGG's El Rancho Supermercado has been expanding its footprint rapidly.

In October 2023, the company opened its 29th store in Dallas, Texas, featuring an 18,000-square-foot space. The store offers:

• A produce department with a wide array of fruits and vegetables from the USA and Latin America
• A full-service meat department
• An authentic Mexican cocina offering carnitas, tamales, and taquería classics
• A bakery with freshly baked pastries, desserts, cakes, pan dulce, and bolillos
• A palapa offering refreshing agua frescas
• A full selection of piñatas and balloons for all occasions

Community Engagement and Support

HGG is committed to community engagement and support.

In December 2024, the company launched in-store fundraising campaigns in partnership with organizations focused on preventing child abuse and neglect.

Additionally, the Cardenas Markets Foundation donated $50,000 to food banks across its operating regions, addressing food insecurity during the holidays.
