In 2014, Halls consolidated its operations into a single, expanded location at Crown Center, closing its previous store on the Country Club Plaza.

The store also includes "The Bridge," an enclosed walkway spanning Grand Boulevard that connects the men's and women's contemporary departments and provides views of downtown Kansas City.
