About Fuku

Fuku is a fast-casual restaurant concept founded by acclaimed chef David Chang and the Momofuku restaurant group in 2015. Specializing in spicy fried chicken sandwiches, Fuku offers a unique menu that blends Asian and American culinary influences, providing a distinctive dining experience.

The menu features a variety of items, including the signature OG Sando, Sweet and Spicy Sando, Tenders, Sweet and Spicy Tenders, and Waffle Fries. Accompaniments such as Fuku mayo, ranch, and honey mustard sauces enhance the flavors for dipping and enjoyment.

Expansion in Las Vegas

Fuku has expanded its presence in Las Vegas through several strategic partnerships.

  • In October 2023, the restaurant opened a concession at T-Mobile Arena, home to the NHL's Vegas Golden Knights and UFC events. This marked the fourth concession partnership between Fuku and Levy Restaurants.
  • Following locations include Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY; the U.S. Open in Flushing Meadows, NY; and FedExField in Landover, MD.
  • In late summer 2024, Fuku further solidified its presence by opening a concession at Allegiant Stadium, home to the NFL's Las Vegas Raiders. This expansion brought Fuku’s total stadium, arena, and ballpark count to 23 across the United States.
  • Additionally, Fuku operates a food truck in Las Vegas offering signature burgers with a Japanese twist at various locations throughout the city, with schedules updated regularly.
