Forest Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation

We understand the challenges patients face in trying to rebuild their life after being hospitalized for major illness or sudden trauma. Regulations require patients be discharged from the hospital as soon as they have been stabilized. That presents a problem for both patients and their families. Many still require either daily skilled nursing care and/or continued therapies to heal completely. It is the mission of Forest Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Healing to serve the residents of Essex County, through the provision of high quality, affordable and accessible health services.
