Sourcing and Sustainability

Field & Fire is deeply committed to supporting local farmers and sustainable practices. They source meats from a local butcher and use all organic dairy products. A significant portion of their organic grains is grown for them at Melody Bee Farms in Ada, Michigan.

These grains are stone-milled in-house, ensuring freshness and quality. By fostering relationships with local farms, they aim to create a sustainable and life-affirming food system benefiting the community and environment.

  • Bakery: 435 Ionia Ave SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Offers a full range of breads and pastries with hours Monday to Thursday 11 AM–7 PM, Friday 11 AM–8 PM, Saturday 10 AM–8 PM, Sunday 10 AM–7 PM. Curbside pick-up available at 9 AM daily.
  • Café: 820 Monroe Ave NW Suite 100, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Serves breakfast and lunch with a focus on local, organic ingredients. Open Monday to Friday 7 AM–3 PM, Saturday–Sunday 8 AM–3 PM.
  • Rad Bagels: A bagel shop located within the Grand Rapids Downtown Market offering sourdough and yeast bagels in unique flavors, along with bagel sandwiches and handheld waffle creations.
