Restaurant Brands

• Blue Burro: Specializing in Mexican-inspired cuisine, Blue Burro offers a variety of breakfast burritos, including ham, bacon, or steak options. Their menu features Surf-N-Turf Burritos, Campechana Burrito, and fries or chips paired with marinated chicken, pork, or steak. Premium milkshakes include Blue Horchata and Dulce de Leche.
• The Buffalo Spot: Known for its World-Famous Buffalo Fries, this brand is popular for its unique twist on chicken wings. The menu also includes specialty shakes such as Dulce De Leche, Oreo Brownie, and Salted Caramel.
• Tacomasa: Offering authentic Tijuana flavors, Tacomasa serves tacos, mulitas, tortas, quesadillas, and fries. A highlight is the Pollo Asado Sandwich, which quickly became a customer favorite.

Growth and Expansion

Encinal Brands is committed to growth and plans to open 150 new restaurants across the United States by 2027. Using a franchise model, the company aims to expand its footprint.
