Dozen Bakery

Dozen Bakery is a locally owned and operated bakery and café based in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded in 2009 by Claire Meneely, the bakery has grown from a holiday cookie pop-up to a beloved establishment known for its high-quality, handcrafted baked goods and commitment to community engagement.

In early 2025, Dozen Bakery relocated to a larger facility at 2522 Grandview Ave, Nashville, TN 37211, to accommodate its expanding operations and better serve its growing customer base.

The new 15,508-square-foot location features a spacious café area and an expanded baking facility, allowing for increased production capacity and an enhanced customer experience.

Menu Offerings

The bakery offers a diverse and hyper-seasonal menu that includes a variety of pastries, breads, and savory dishes.

Signature items such as almond croissants, chocolate honey galettes, herb, parmesan, and caramelized onion croissants, and yuzu jasmine madeleines showcase the bakery's dedication to quality and creativity.

Savory offerings include sandwiches, salads, soups, and brunch specials, all crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The bakery sources ingredients from local farms and suppliers, partners with local coffee roasters like Crema Coffee Roasters, and donates leftover baked goods to local non-profits such as Project Return and Room in the Inn.
