Disability Solutions is a non-profit consulting firm dedicated to fostering inclusive workplaces by connecting employers with qualified individuals from the disability community. It operates as a division of Ability Beyond and partners with corporate employers to attract, hire, and retain top talent with disabilities.

The organization offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to support employers in building effective disability inclusion programs. These services include:

• Discovery and Playbook: Assessing a company's current inclusion efforts and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Accessibility Testing: Evaluating the accessibility of a company's career center and digital assets from the perspective of potential employees with disabilities.
• Disability Solutions Career Center: A global job board connecting job seekers with disabilities to inclusive employers.
• Local and National Outreach Development: Bridging the gap between companies and local and national organizations to build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Training and Development: Preparing workplace leaders, hiring managers, and employees to integrate and value people with disabilities through onsite and web-based inclusion training.
• Source Talent: Managing ongoing sourcing and recruiting of candidates through targeted outreach in the disability and veteran communities.
• OFCCP Compliance: Supporting federal contractors with compliance audits for Section 503 and 4212, including documentation of efforts and outcomes.
• Data and Documentation: Documenting and measuring outreach to the disability community, tracking candidate flow, and reporting on hiring outcomes.
