Meal Programs and Services

For the 2024-2025 school year, the CNP introduced a 'Free' Afterschool Meal (Super Snack) at all participating schools.

In addition to regular meal services, the CNP provides free summer meals to children aged 18 and under. These are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at various drive-through church sites within the diocese during the summer months.

Each child receives a package containing:

  • Seven breakfasts
  • Seven lunches
  • One gallon of milk

The CNP's purchasing department is responsible for procuring quality food and supply items at the best value possible for the children of the Baton Rouge Diocese School System.
