Diagnostic Outpatient Imaging Ltd (DOI) is a premier radiology center based in El Paso, Texas, dedicated to providing comprehensive diagnostic imaging services with a focus on patient care and advanced technology.

Established in 1999, DOI has grown to operate three state-of-the-art facilities across the El Paso area, ensuring accessible and high-quality imaging services for the community.

The center offers a wide range of diagnostic imaging services, including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT) scans, 3D digital mammography, bone density (DEXA) scans, ultrasound, and X-ray.

Each modality is equipped with the latest technology to deliver precise and reliable results. DOI boasts four MRI machines across its locations, all certified by the American College of Radiology (ACR), featuring a 3.0 Tesla MRI—the only one of its kind in private practice in El Paso.

Each location operates with extended hours to accommodate patients' needs:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Friday and Saturday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The West location also offers walk-in appointments for mammograms and ultrasounds, emphasizing convenience for patients.
