Diagnostic Clinic of Longview (DCOL) is a multi-specialty physician group practice that includes 18 locations, more than 90 physicians, and 30 mid-level providers, serving the Longview area since 1975. The principal focus of our practice is in the delivery of primary care services, as well as 16 medical sub-specialties. We are the largest multi-specialty practice in Longview, operated by more than 90 physicians. Most DCOL physicians practice at both Longview Regional Medical Center and Christus Good Shepherd, and play an important role in the medical leadership of each hospital.
