About DeLille Cellars
DeLille Cellars, established in 1992, is a pioneering winery based in Woodinville, Washington, renowned for its exceptional Bordeaux-style blends. Founded by Chris Upchurch, Jay A. Soloff, Greg Lill, and Charles Lill, the winery honors the Lill family's winemaking heritage.
This heritage traces back to Greg's ancestor, Julius DeLille, a Huguenot who began winemaking in the Czech Republic in 1547.

- Chaleur Estate: A Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant blend, representing the winery's inaugural release.
- D2: A Merlot-dominant blend sourced from more than a dozen of Washington State's most prestigious vineyards, consistently receiving high acclaim.
- Grand Ciel Cabernet Sauvignon: A single-clone Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA.
- Chaleur Blanc: A white Bordeaux-style blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.
- Four Flags Cabernet Sauvignon: A blend from four distinguished Red Mountain AVA vineyards.
- Métier: A more accessible, affordable three-SKU tier introduced in 2022.

Facilities and Experiences
In 2019, DeLille Cellars relocated its production and operations to the historic Old Redhook Brewery in Woodinville, Washington. This included the establishment of a three-story tasting room and the opening of The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars, offering a wine-centric dining experience.
The tasting room is open daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a variety of tasting experiences. Reservations are highly recommended.

The winery has garnered numerous accolades, including being one of the first five Washington State wineries to receive Robert Parker’s 5-star excellence rating.
