Community Dental Care

At Community Dental Care, everything we do is about providing the most caring, culturally respectful, high-quality dental care to people of all ages and abilities. Community Dental Care is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP) community dental clinic established to provide dental services for low-income, diverse and underserved populations. As one of the largest critical access dental providers in the state, Community Dental Care is recognized by the Minnesota Department of Health as one of six successful models statewide that provide dental services for underserved communities. We provide comprehensive dental care for 105,000 patient visits annually across our five clinics, located in St. Paul, Maplewood, Crystal, Rochester, and Buffalo, Minnesota. We celebrate the diverse backgrounds, cultural norms and traditions of our staff and patients, and strive to meet their needs in a culturally competent and compassionate manner.
