Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group (CSOG) is a comprehensive orthopedic practice dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for its patients through collaborative and patient-centered care. Established in 1994, CSOG was formed by the merger of three individual orthopedic practices. This merger combined over 50 years of experience to serve the residents and military families of Colorado Springs.

The group comprises 18 physicians who specialize in various orthopedic fields, including sports medicine, hand and upper extremity, foot and ankle, spine care, joint replacement and resurfacing, trauma, and work-related injuries. This diverse expertise allows CSOG to offer a broad range of treatments tailored to each patient's needs.

Locations

CSOG operates multiple facilities across Colorado Springs to provide accessible and efficient care including:

• North Campus: Located at 4110 Briargate Parkway, Suite 300, this facility offers comprehensive orthopedic services.
• South Campus: Situated at 1259 Lake Plaza Drive, Suite 100, this campus provides a full spectrum of orthopedic care.
• East Campus: Found at 6140 Tutt Blvd, Suite 110, this location focuses on physical and occupational therapy services.
• New South Campus (opening November 2025): Planned at 1655 Quail Lake Loop to enhance orthopedic care accessibility in Southern Colorado Springs.

Additional Services

To support patient recovery, CSOG collaborates with Audubon Orthotic & Prosthetic Services, offering custom-fitted orthotics and prosthetics designed to meet individual needs.

For urgent orthopedic needs, CSOG provides an Orthopedic Walk-in Clinic at the North Campus. This clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., eliminating the need for appointments.
