The menu at Chronic Tacos features a variety of traditional Mexican dishes, including tacos, Mission or California burritos, tostada bowls, salad bowls, carne asada fries, and churros. In 2011, Chronic Tacos partnered with Dexter Holland's Gringo Bandito hot sauce company to host the Gringo Bandito Chronic Tacos Challenge.

This is a competitive eating contest where Takeru Kobayashi set world records in 2015 and 2017 for taco eating.
