About Champps
Champps Americana, commonly known as Champps, is a casual dining restaurant chain and sports bar that has been serving American cuisine since 1984. Founded in Saint Paul, Minnesota, it originally began as Concourse 7 before rebranding to Champps. The brand evolved into a sports bar offering beer, burgers, and sandwiches. The introduction of big-screen televisions allowed patrons to enjoy the latest sports games while dining.
Over the years, Champps expanded its menu to include freshly prepared dishes like burgers piled high with toppings, made-from-scratch entrées, pasta, and sandwiches. The full-service bar and large flat-screen TVs create an exciting environment, earning it the moniker "Best Seat Outside the Stadium."
