Care Resource Community Health Centers, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the health and overall quality of life for diverse communities in South Florida. Established in 1998 through the merger of Health Crisis Network (1983) and Community Research Initiative (1989), Care Resource has become the region's oldest and largest HIV/AIDS service organization.

Medical Services

Their adult primary care includes routine health maintenance visits, physical examinations, blood pressure screenings, cancer screenings, nutrition consultations, chronic disease management, and patient education for conditions like asthma, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, COPD, coronary heart disease, and smoking cessation.
Women's health services cover well-woman and gynecological care, voluntary family planning, health education, routine Pap smears, breast cancer screenings, and referrals for colposcopy.
Pediatric care includes well-child services, immunizations, routine health screenings, and adolescent care.
Behavioral Health
The organization offers behavioral health services through clinicians with diverse backgrounds, including clinical social work, marriage and family counseling, and mental health. These services are available at health centers in Oakland Park, Little Havana, and Midtown Miami.

Testing and Prevention
Care Resource conducts screenings for HIV, Hepatitis C, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) at health centers in Oakland Park, Midtown Miami, and Little Havana, as well as through mobile health units.
The organization also offers PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) and PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) services at all health center locations.
Client Support Services
