It offers cost and quality protein suggestions, custom menu design, and a humidity-controlled dry aging cooler.
- Buckhead Denver: Founded in 2004, it provides premium portion-controlled steaks and chops to Sysco Denver and supports Sysco companies in Montana, New Mexico, Lincoln, and Intermountain. The USDA inspected and SQF certified facility offers beef, poultry, pork, lamb, and game.
- Buckhead Ohio: Since 1982, serving foodservice operators in Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan with precision-cut steaks, chops, and specialty meats. It integrated Imperial Seafood in 2012 to enhance seafood offerings. USDA, SQF3, and FDA inspected.
