Brothers of Mercy Nursing Home Company Inc., operating as The Brothers of Mercy Wellness Campus, is a nonprofit, faith-based organization dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare and residential services to the Western New York community. Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

The Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a 5-Star Medicare-rated facility, recognized for excellence in both long-term and short-term care. It is the only skilled nursing facility with more than 240 beds in Western New York to earn this distinction. The center offers 24-hour skilled nursing care, inpatient rehabilitation, and specialized programs tailored to residents' diverse needs.

Sacred Heart Home

Sacred Heart Home provides assisted living and memory care services within a "Wellness Neighborhood" model. This innovative approach features six households, each with its own living and dining spaces, country kitchen, fireside lounge, and secured courtyard. This creates a homelike environment for residents. The community is known for dedicated care and enrichment programs for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Independent Living Options

Independent living options are available at Trier Woods 55+ Apartments and Montabaur Heights 65+ All-Inclusive Apartments. These offer residents various amenities and services that support an active and independent lifestyle.

Additional Services

The campus also features an outpatient therapy clinic, providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to both residents and community members. Additionally, hospice care is offered in partnership with Hospice Buffalo, ensuring compassionate and professional support for individuals facing end-of-life journeys.
