Situated at 1801 North Stone Avenue, the establishment occupies the historic 10,000-square-foot space formerly known as the Wildcat House. This was a popular University of Arizona hangout for nearly four decades before its closure in 2012.
Menu Highlights
The restaurant's menu features a variety of slow-smoked meats, including Texas-style salt and pepper dry-rubbed brisket, "Bam Bam" style short ribs, dry-rubbed and locally sourced pulled pork shoulder, and baby back and St. Louis ribs.
These dishes are prepared on-site daily, fusing traditional Southern barbecue techniques with Southwestern and Latin flavors, using regional chili peppers. Comfort foods such as burgers, three-day Southern fried chicken, and salads are also offered.
Dessert options include lightly sugared beignets with bourbon caramel dipping sauce and freshly baked brownies topped with local organic handcrafted ice cream.

The company has expanded catering operations with a commissary kitchen and venues like The Rubi in Armory Park and Crystal Classics in the Tucson Fine Mineral Gallery for larger events and diverse culinary experiences.

The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to midnight.
