In June 2018, Breads on Oak transitioned to a fully vegan menu, offering a range of breakfast and lunch items.

The café serves all-day breakfast, including biscuit sandwiches, quiche, salads, burgers, and crab cakes made with hearts of palm and chickpeas.

A second location at 222 Carondelet Street opened in January 2020 but was reported closed in May 2025.
